We have a fantastic team at Maybe Sailing made up of experienced full time permanent crew and experienced and enthusiastic volunteers. All our crew are qualified to, and often above the required standard and are DBS checked or police checked for any of our youth voyages. We carefully select our team on board each vessel to ensure we have the right crew on board to provide a fantastic experience for all of our guests and trainees.
