Wellness retreat Voyage
Enjoy a reviving 4 days onboard Tall ship Maybe. Get back in touch with nature, practice yoga on deck, savor delicious healthy meals and get involved in sailing a traditional tall ship.
Part of the retreat will be teamwork. We want you to develop a love of sailing, and the best way to make a start on any boat is to feel you are a vital and competent part of the crew. We will teach you the seamanship skills of steering, setting sails, reefing, and tying knots with conviction!
Previous experience:
None. You can be a complete beginner that has never stepped on a boat before.
It is also good for those who have done a bit of yacht, keelboat or dinghy sailing and want to be sure they have the basics to sail bigger boats where you can go cruising and live on board.
Yoga Instructor
On this voyage we have a Yoga Instructor who will be leading 1 or 2 yoga sessions a day, either on the deck of the boat or on a secluded Island beach.
Katrino is a (400hr) vinyasa, restorative, MFR and yin yoga teacher based in Scotland. She has a love for the wild, plants and adventure, which has led to travelling around the UK, teaching at festivals and hosting yoga, plant and essential oil workshops at different studios and venues – from yurts to retreats. Katrino has been teaching weekly classes in studios non stop for 5 years and practising with teachers for 10+ around the world.
